1Definitions & Interpretation

In this Terms and Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires a different interpretation:

• "Member" or "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account or is using the manis33 service.
• "Account" refers to the personal account registered by a Member on the manis33 platform.
• "Credits" or "Balance" refers to the monetary value stored in your manis33 account.
• "Bonus" refers to any free credits, eligible wagering funds, or rewards offered by manis33 to members.
• "Wagering Requirements" refers to the minimum wagering amount that must be met before a bonus can be converted into cash.

2User Eligibility

Manis33 reserves the right to reject any registration application or close an existing account without providing reasons, at the platform's sole discretion.

4Deposits & Withdrawals

Deposit terms:

• All deposits are processed automatically and are typically credited to your account within minutes.
• Manis33 does not charge any processing fees for deposits.

Withdrawal terms:

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit (same-source policy).
• Identity verification (KYC) must be completed before the first withdrawal request is processed.
• Manis33 reserves the right to hold withdrawals for up to 5 business days for security review purposes if required.
• Any withdrawal linked to suspicious activity may be delayed or cancelled pending completion of an investigation.

5Bonuses & Promotions

Manis33 offers a wide variety of bonuses and promotions to members from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and loyalty programs. Each offer is subject to its own specific terms stated on the Promotions.

General terms applicable to all manis33 bonuses:

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per offer unless otherwise stated.
• Wagering requirements must be met before any associated bonus or winnings can be withdrawn.
• Bonuses cannot be transferred between accounts or converted directly to cash without fulfilling the wagering requirements.

6Game Rules

8Account Closure

A manis33 account may be closed in two ways — at the member's own request or by action taken by manis33.

Closure at member's request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting the manis33 customer support team. Any eligible balance (excluding bonuses that have not met the wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal once identity verification is complete.

Closure by manis33: manis33 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any terms and conditions stated in this document.
• Fraudulent or suspicious activity detected by the manis33 monitoring system.
• Failure to meet identity verification (KYC) requirements within the stipulated timeframe.
• Instructions from relevant legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

9Limitation of Liability

If a resolution cannot be reached through negotiation within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable arbitration rules. The arbitration decision is final and binding on both parties.
